Thirty-five square metres with a separate living area and a furnished private terrace, the place to linger at sunset with a glass of Ticino Merlot. King-size bed, a sofa, and a generous bathroom with both tub and shower. The perfect balance between a room and a suite.

Forty square metres made for families: a double bedroom and a second room with two beds for the children, joined by an internal door. Garden view, a soft corner to play and everything little ones need, on request. Pets are welcome too.

Our finest suite, on the top floor: fifty-five square metres with windows onto the lake, a private panoramic terrace and a tub facing the water. King-size bed with linen sheets, a sitting area, and a bottle of Merlot waiting for you. For the occasions that deserve the highest view.
