Hourly rate
For advice and matters whose duration cannot be predicted in advance. Detailed time reporting.
Fixed fee
For defined services - a contract, a notarial deed, an incorporation - agreed upfront.
Ongoing retainer
For businesses wanting a stable legal point of reference, with an agreed periodic fee.
Notarial fees
For notarial deeds, fees are set by the Ticino cantonal tariff and calculated on the value of the deed. We always provide a cost estimate before proceeding.
