Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be a patient already to book?
No. We welcome new patients - just mark in the form that it’s your first visit and we’ll handle the rest.
How long does an appointment last?
A first visit lasts 30-40 minutes on average; follow-up visits are usually shorter.
Can I choose my doctor?
Yes - you can indicate a doctor in the booking form. We’ll do our best to assign the professional you prefer.
How do I receive my test results?
Results are available in your secure online area, normally within 48 hours, with the doctor’s notes. On request we can also send them by post.
What do I do in an emergency?
During opening hours, call us and we’ll see you the same day. Outside hours an on-call service is available 24/7; in a life-threatening emergency call 144.
In which languages can I be cared for?
Our team speaks Italian, German, French and English, so you can feel understood at every moment.
