How does Click & Collect work?
You reserve products from the catalogue or form, we set them aside and message you on WhatsApp or email when they’re ready - usually within an hour during opening hours. You pay easily on collection.
Can I reserve prescription medicines too?
Yes. Just note in the form that you have a prescription: we prepare the medicine and only dispense it against the prescription (paper or electronic) on collection.
Do you deliver to my home?
Yes - we deliver same day in Lugano and the surrounding area, prescription medicines included. It’s designed especially for the elderly, new parents and anyone recovering at home.
Which pharmacy is on duty after hours?
At night, on Sundays and public holidays the canton’s pharmacies take turns. For the nearest on-duty one, call the single number 1811 or check the notice in our window.
Can I get advice without buying anything?
Of course. A pharmacist’s advice is free: come to the counter with any question about a symptom, a medicine or an interaction and we’ll gladly help - in Italian, German, French or English.
Do you make medicines to measure?
Yes - in our in-house lab we make galenic preparations (creams, capsules, solutions) on a doctor’s prescription, when an industrial product isn’t available or suitable.
