Insurance & reimbursement

Recognised by complementary insurance

In Switzerland, many complementary therapies are reimbursed by your complementary insurance (not by mandatory basic insurance). Our practitioners are recognised by the main registers - RME, ASCA and EMR - so you can claim reimbursement under your policy.

Estimate the reimbursement

How much does your insurance pay back?

An indicative estimate to guide you. Coverage depends on your complementary policy.

Typical for complementary policies (check yours).

Select a therapy and insurer for an estimate.

Indicative estimate, not a quote - check coverage and percentage with your insurer before starting.

Step by step

How reimbursement works

It’s simpler than it sounds. You pay for the session and receive an invoice with the correct codes; you send it to your health insurer and receive reimbursement at the percentage set by your complementary policy. No upfront from the insurer, no complicated paperwork.

  1. 01

    Book and receive the treatment

With a practitioner recognised by your register (RME / ASCA / EMR).

  2. 02

    We hand you the invoice

A detailed receipt with the method code and recognition number.

  3. 03

You send it to your insurer

To your complementary insurance, by post or through their app.

  4. 04

    You get reimbursed

According to the percentage and ceiling of your policy.

Your questions

Anything you want to understand - the first visit is for that too.

Reimbursement depends on your individual complementary policy: we recommend checking coverage and percentage with your insurer before starting. Complementary medicine does not replace your doctor’s advice and care.
