Areas & approaches

Where the difficulty starts, and how we work on it

No two paths are the same. We listen to your story and choose together the approach that fits you best - gently, without rushing and without labels.

Individual path

Anxiety & panic attacks

When worry takes up too much space and breath.

Anxiety is there to protect you, but sometimes it becomes too much: constant worry, tension, panic attacks that arrive out of nowhere. We work to understand where it comes from, to ease the symptoms and to give you back a sense of control, one step at a time.

Common signs

  • Constant worry
  • Panic attacks
  • Tension and sleeplessness

Depression & low mood

When everything feels heavy and the colours seem faded.

Sadness that will not lift, exhaustion, the feeling that you cannot cope or are not worth it. Depression is not weakness - it is suffering that can be treated. Together we gradually make room again for what matters and for your energy.

Common signs

  • Persistent sadness
  • Fatigue and apathy
  • Loss of interest

Self-esteem & personal growth

To know yourself better and give yourself the value you deserve.

Sometimes there is no specific symptom, just the wish to understand yourself, to make decisions, to feel better with who you are. A personal-growth path helps you recognise your resources and patterns, and live more authentically and at ease.

Common signs

  • Insecurity and self-criticism
  • Difficult choices
  • A need for clarity

Couples, family, teens

Couples therapy

To listen and understand each other again, together.

Misunderstandings, distance, conflicts that repeat. Couples therapy is a neutral space to rebuild dialogue, understand what has changed and decide - together - how to care for the relationship. Without taking sides.

Common signs

  • Recurring conflict
  • Difficult communication
  • Crisis and change

Adolescents & families

Support for young people and those who love them.

Adolescence brings big questions and sometimes a distress that struggles to find words. We offer a safe space for teenagers and support for parents, to move through this phase together with more calm and less loneliness.

Common signs

  • Adolescent distress
  • Difficulties at school
  • Family conflict

Specific moments & paths

Grief & difficult moments

To move through a loss or a change.

The loss of a loved one, a separation, a diagnosis, a sudden change. There are moments when pain needs to be welcomed and accompanied. We offer a space to give voice to what you feel, at your own pace.

Common signs

  • Grief and separation
  • Life changes
  • Pain that will not pass

Stress & burnout

When work and life drain your energy.

Unsustainable rhythms, the feeling of being always under pressure, the exhaustion that creeps in and then hits all at once. We work on boundaries, priorities and new ways of being in things, to find balance again before you reach your limit.

Common signs

  • Exhaustion and burnout
  • Constant pressure
  • Work-life balance

Our approaches

Different methods, one thing at the centre: you

Each therapist works with a recognised approach, chosen around what you need. We explain them without jargon, so you can choose with peace of mind.

Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)

A concrete, practical method that works on the link between thoughts, emotions and behaviours. Useful for anxiety, panic attacks, depression and phobias, with clear goals and tools you can use in everyday life too.

EMDR for trauma

A recognised approach for processing difficult or traumatic memories and experiences that keep hurting in the present. It helps the brain "settle" what stayed stuck, gently and gradually.

Systemic-relational approach

It looks at the relationships and bonds that run through us: couple, family, roles. Ideal when the difficulty arises or plays out in relationships with others, to find balance and new ways of being together.

Humanistic & supportive approach

Centred on the person, on listening and on a relationship of trust. A warm space to feel welcomed without judgement, explore what you feel and rediscover your own resources, at your own pace.

Not sure where you fit? That is normal.

You do not need a diagnosis or the right words yet. The first session is exactly the moment to work it out together, calmly.
