Your first session

What to expect the first time

The first session is a meeting to get to know each other, with no obligation. You do not need to prepare, you do not need to "already feel better": just come as you are. From there we decide together whether and how to continue.

01

You book in confidence

Choose in-practice or online, an area and a time. All we need is a name and a contact: no sensitive details online.

02

We get to know each other

In the first session we listen to your story and understand together what brings you in. Without judgement, at your own pace.

03

We shape the path

We suggest the approach that fits best, a frequency and some goals. You are free to take your time to decide.

04

We walk together

Session after session we work on change, adapting the path to how you are and to what emerges.

A quiet, reflective moment

How long it lasts

Each session lasts about 50 minutes. The frequency, usually weekly or fortnightly, we choose together.

It stays between us

Everything you say is covered by professional confidentiality. We share nothing with anyone without your consent.

In-practice or online

You can come to our practice in Lugano or have the session by video, from wherever you prefer.

No obligation

The first session is there to see if we are a good fit. You are free to continue, stop or think it over.

Confidentiality

Your privacy, genuinely protected

Trust is the foundation of every path. That is why confidentiality is not a formality, but a clear commitment that starts from the very first call.

Professional confidentiality

As psychotherapists we are bound by professional confidentiality: what you share stays between us, always.

Data kept safe in Switzerland

The little data we collect is protected, stored on Swiss infrastructure and handled under the new data-protection act.

Discretion in every detail

A private practice, spaced-out appointments, discreet billing: we think of the details that matter to you too.

Going to therapy is not a sign of weakness

Asking for help is one of the most courageous things there is. You do not have to hit rock bottom to deserve a space to be heard: sometimes it is enough to feel that something is off, or simply to want to feel better. Whatever brings you here, it is a valid reason - and you are welcome.
