About us
For three generations we have cooked for Lugano with the same gestures as always. This is our story, on the table and in the kitchen.
Our story
It all began in 1987, when grandma Rosa brought her family dough from Campania to Lugano. Ever since, we make pizza the same way: little yeast, a lot of patience and a wood oven that never goes out.
Today the kitchen is run by the third generation, but the principle is unchanged: real, seasonal ingredients and a table where you sit down without rushing. Welcome to the family.
