How is white-label different from co-branded?
White-label: we are invisible to your client. Everything (proposals, communication, delivery) goes through you. Co-branded: we appear as your trusted technical partner, with explicit "delivered with Envestis" wording. Most agencies start co-branded then move to white-label as the relationship matures.
Who owns the code at the end?
Your agency (and through you, your client). Code transfers to your account at delivery, no transfer fees, no perpetual hosting requirement. Standard MIT-style ownership clause in the partner agreement.
What about pricing?
Fixed price per tier, quoted within 48 hours from your brief. You add your markup before sending to the client. Margin is your call. Agencies typically mark up 30-60% depending on the relationship.
Do you work directly with our clients?
Only if you ask us to (co-branded mode with explicit hand-off). White-label means zero direct contact. We never approach a client we delivered for, ever, period.
What if the project goes over scope?
Fixed scope means fixed scope. Scope creep gets quoted as additional work, with a 48-hour quote turnaround. We never silently absorb new requirements, and we never silently bill for them.
Can we do retainer / monthly?
Yes. After delivery we offer optional monthly retainers for hosting, monitoring, content updates, security patches. Standard pricing tiers, you mark up as you would on a project.
